Britney Spears Hospitalized: Almost Reported As An Abduction

Normally, I try to prevent remarking about celebrities and their lives on my blog, unless of course it involves them making the mistake of opening their mouths about politics or the like. But this recent story about Britney Spears actually bears some thought. And it gives rise to the potential for similar actions under varrying circumstances. The reason I bring this up is that so far, (with the in.....

The Pope And The Media: Praises And Slams

I found this on NewsMax.com the other day to be rather interesting as it covers both ends of the spectrum even though the title itself "Pope Slams Unethical Media," portrays only one side of the article. According to the text, this last Thursday, Pope Benedict XVI "PRAISED the mass media for helping to spread democracy and knowledge around the world, but lamented that it also tended to hype violen.....

Barry Michaels-Radio is My Life!

Thirty year broadcast veteran Barry Michaels, ('Michaels In The Morning') has quite a few stories to tell! His early life was an idyllic one, growing up on picturesque farm land in the southeastern United States, with a Mom and Dad to admire and a support group of aunts and uncles that many don’t have today. Barry became interested in radio at an early age, becoming a ‘gopher’ for one local radio .....

Top Media Myths of 2007: Time To Clear The Air

It's not surprising to me to know that the media lies to us on a daily basis, which explains why "Their Approval Ratings" are even lower than that of the President. But in some cases, I actually was shocked to see how MUCH of a lie was being told in some stories.

The Bussiness and Media Institute just released its "Media’s Top 10 Economic Myths of 2007" list, and of course, has one of my favori.....

Ann Coulter Cleared: 'Lefties' Outraged!

Ann Coulter, conservative radio talk show host and author, has been cleared of charges of voter fraud. And man-o-man, has the hate been flying. A simple google search for "Coulter Voter Fraud" gives page upon page of vile headlines including "gets away with it!"

But it really shouldn't be a surprise as it was a bogus charge anyways. Of course it did need to be investigated as all complaints to .....

Return Of The IMUS: Still Not PC, But Slightly More Wary

Don Imus has returned to the airwaves yesterday on WABC-AM in New York and broadcast his debut show from Town Hall in Manhattan, with gallery seats selling for around $100.00 a pop. The proceeds are to go to his charity, the Imus Cattle Ranch for Kids With Cancer. Tuesdays show will move to a studio across the street from Madison Square Garden.

And in classic Imus-style, he didn't hold back. Im.....

Savage vs. CAIR: Lawsuit By Savage Claims Copyright Infringement

CAIR (Counsel on American-Islamic Relations) has radically underestimated the fury of Michael Savage. And now they are going to pay for it. Having used copyrighted material from Michael Savage's show, "The Savage Nation" to raise funds for their own agendas, Michael Savage is now bringing suit against them for copyright infringement.

Nice. It's about time Americans started striking back at the .....

Beginning Of The End: NY Times And Other 'Commie' Rags Failing

Can it really be true? Is the possibility real, that one of the most liberal media outlets is 'circling the drain' and soon to be flushed forever? Man, I hope so. I am really tired of hearing on a daily basis the "We Hate America," spew that erupts forth from that over priced fire lighter.

But the hopes of many a Republican may soon be answered in the near future as an article on NewsMax by Jim.....
